Spanish Teacher – Newcastle

The role

Aquinas Education are working with The Laidlaw Trust to appoint a Teacher of Spanish for Excelsior Academy as soon as possible.

If you are someone who has the ability to engage and enthuse students, coupled with the drive and commitment required to become a truly outstanding teacher, then we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will positively contribute to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all pupils at Excelsior Academy in all aspects of Academy life through providing high quality teaching and high quality support and guidance to all pupils in their care. This will be achieved through fully utilising their skills, talents, knowledge and expertise and through setting a positive example in their own professional behaviour.

About the school

Excelsior Academy

Excelsior Academy is an All-Through Academy providing education for students aged 3 – 19, serving the West End of Newcastle. Working at Excelsior, you will play an important role in our continuous drive for further improvement.

The successful candidate will join Laidlaw Schools Trust (a Multi Academy Trust) where all Academies support each other to the benefit of our pupils and their families. Our Academies also enjoy strong support from an experienced LST central team based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
