Aquinas Education is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School in Newcastle. The role will start immediately, with guaranteed weekly pay.
You will be expected to commute to a school in the morning, once you arrive you will receive cover work which you will be asked to give to your assigned classes, and you will be expected to take register, manage the behaviour of the class throughout the day, and ensure all the pupils you are assigned to watch over are safe.
You will be expected to ensure the class runs smoothly and any disruptive behaviour is effectively managed according to the school’s behavioural management policy. You will not be expected to plan any lessons or have prior teaching experience, but prior experience is desirable.
